The service
Bob helps you keep records about your home, answers questions, suggests fixes and contacts tradespeople when you approve it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what you upload and for messages you approve Bob to send.
Advice and trades
Bob's answers are for general guidance and may be wrong. Always use a qualified professional for gas, electrics, structural and other safety work. Tradespeople are independent; we are not responsible for their quotes, work or conduct.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bob for anything unlawful, to spam people, or to upload content you don't have the right to share.
Liability
Bob is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using it.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or the service. You can stop using Bob and ask us to delete your data at any time.
